Duration: 147 min

A world of darkness unfurls in broad daylight in a bold, dread-soaked folk horror from Hereditary director Ari Aster. Dani (Florence Pugh) and Christian (Will Poulter) are on the verge of breaking up. But after a family tragedy keeps them together, a grieving Dani invites herself to join Christian and his friends on a trip to a unique midsummer festival in a remote Swedish village. What begins as a carefree holiday in a land of eternal sunlight takes a sinister turn, as the festivities of the insular locals render the pastoral paradise increasingly unnerving and viscerally disturbing.
