It's with great sadness that Picturehouse has temporarily closed all of its cinemas across the UK until further notice. This decision was made in the light of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and recent UK government advice, which the company has been carefully monitoring and following.
The safety and well-being of our customers, our members and our staff is our utmost priority at Picturehouse, and we're committed to providing a safe and healthy environment within our cinemas.
Picturehouse Memberships will retain their value and will be extended in line with the amount of time that we are closed. We have emailed all members directly with more information about their Membership during this time.
All Picturehouse customers who pre-booked tickets online or on the phone will be automatically issued a refund within 14 working days of cinemas closing. Customers who bought tickets in person, or who have any questions regarding tickets, should email our Customer Care team at [email protected]
We thank you for your continuing passion for cinema and for your ongoing support. We look forward to welcoming you back into our cinemas as soon as possible.
We will continue to update customers via our email mailing list and please follow our social media channels:
