Disabled Access

Advance Booking
Advance booking is always a good idea so that our staff can readily provide assistance if required. Accompanying carers are eligible for a free ticket. We will be pleased to reserve allocated wheelchair spaces or other seats in any particular part of the auditorium if this is helpful. Please contact us in advance.

Customers With Limited Mobility
The ground floor is accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. The Box Office, café bar, kiosk, toilets and Screens 1, 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor. There are wheelchair spaces in four of the five screens (six in Screens 1 and 2, four in Screens 3 and 4). We have a lift for access to all other levels from the ground floor. Our café bar has adapted counters for wheelchair users.

Visually Impaired Customers
Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog. Large-print film schedules are available on request. We offer audio description for most screenings, and headsets are available to borrow.

Customers With Impaired Hearing
Induction loop systems are fitted in each of the four auditoria. To access the system, you will need to turn your hearing aid to the T position. Certain performances carry subtitles and these are clearly indicated in the programme. We offer weekly subtitled screenings where possible.

Disabled Parking
We advise customers to travel to the cinema on public transport as we do not have a car park. If you do travel to the cinema by car, there are limited parking bays directly outside the cinema on Tottenham Lane.
Location 85253 (which extends from outside the cinema to outside Kwik-Fit garage) offers pay-and-display parking 9.30am-5.30pm Mon-Sat, with a three-hour limit; parking is free on Sundays and free during pay-and-display hours for Blue Badge holders.
Location 85229 (outside Rez barbers and Callis locksmiths) offers pay-and-display parking 9.30am-6.30pm MonñSat; there is no parking 8.00-9.30am, parking is free on Sundays, and parking is free during pay-and-display hours for Blue Badge holders.
There is also some limited street parking available on nearby residential streets, such as Roseberry Gardens and Elder Avenue; this is mostly for resident permit holders 10am-12pm and free at other times, but there is also a pay-and-display bay (location 85233) on the upper end of Elder Ave near the Queens pub, which operates 9.30am-5.30pm, with free parking for Blue Badge holders during pay-and-display hours.

Food and Drink

We’re so excited to be bringing another great eatery to Crouch End. You can be sure to find something to suit your taste whatever the time of day, whether you’re here to see a film or not.

As well as our chef’s seasonal menus, you can look forward to mouthwatering pastries and cakes from Nick’s Fine Foods and Galeta (made famous locally by their cookies at Alexandra Palace farmers’ market). And, of course, we’ll be stocking Riley’s delicious ice creams and sorbets in our kiosk.

To complement our fantastic food we bring you fair-trade small-batch roasted coffee, exclusively chosen by and roasted for us.

Ethically produced and low-sugar soft drinks mean you can treat your loved ones (or yourself) with a clear conscience.

We offer carefully selected beers and ales from around the world and around the corner – we love working with local breweries!

There’s an assortment of great spirits on our back shelf too, including local Portobello Road Gin, one perfect ingredient in our super gin-and-tonic range. Plus we’re big fans of Italy’s favourite sundowner, so we have a choice of Spritzes for you to try, using elderflower, Aperol or Pimm’s.

Lastly, our hand-picked wine list of New and Old World varieties includes a lovely award-winning English sparkling wine from Chapel Down in Kent.
