Cara is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga particularly towards supporting creative lifestyles. With a few ideas borrowed from dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, singing techniques, relaxation techniques and massage.
Inspired towards better mental health, having more energy, and feeling nice.
