Advance Booking

Booking assistance in advance means that our staff will be better prepared to assist customers when they arrive at our venue. If you need to book a wheelchair space or reserve a specific seat in the auditorium, you can do so by contacting us. You can refer to the "Bookings and General Enquiries" section of this page for contact information.


Accompanying carers can claim a free ticket for each screening they attend.





Customers With Limited Mobility

All areas of the building are accessible to wheelchair users. There is a lift on the ground floor that takes you to the first floor. From the first floor, there is another lift to take you to the second, third and fourth floors for access to the screens and Members' Bar. All screens are accessible by wheelchair and have wheelchair spaces.

Currently, there is no disabled access to any of the stages for guest speakers. Screens 1, 2, 4 and 7 have stages without disabled access, however, Screen 1 has a handrail.




Guide Dogs

If you wish to take your guide dog or service dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog.




Screens

All screens are accessible by wheelchair and have wheelchair spaces. 

Currently, there is no disabled access to any of the stages for guest speakers. Screens 1, 2, 4 and 7 have stages without disabled access, but Screen 1 has a handrail.




Audio Description and Captioned Screenings

The venue doesn't have any induction loops.

There are four headsets in screen 3 that can provide audio description for any scheduled screenings with audio description available.

Some of our screenings have open captions or SDH (subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing). You can find our scheduled captioned or audio described showings by visiting our programme.



Accessible Toilets

There are wheelchair accessible toilets on the ground floor, the first floor, in the Members' Bar, and on the top floor. Each accessible toilet has an emergency red cord. 





Disabled Parking

There is no parking available nearby.
