Terms of Admission

Standard Picturehouse Terms of Admission apply, with additional Outdoor points below.

Doors open to the event space at the advertised time; the film will commence at dusk – or as soon as it gets dark.

The screening takes place outdoors in the open.

Blankets, cushions and small picnic chairs are allowed. A limited number of Deck chairs will be supplied and offered on a first come-first served basis.

Blankets, cushions, and camping style chairs are allowed. A limited number of blankets will also be available for purchase. A limited number of rain ponchos will also be available to purchase at the event.

All guests are encouraged to take any waste away with them and to recycle wherever possible.

The Outdoor Management Team reserves the right to deny admission for any reason.

Food & Drink

A bar providing Alcoholic Beverages, Soft Drinks and Cinema Snacks including Popcorn, Nachos & Hot Dogs will be available. 

Each outdoor ticket purchased directly from Picturehouse includes a £7 credit voucher towards Food & Beverage. This is issued at on entry to the outdoor event and can be used in a single purchase or grouped together with additional vouchers towards your order, This voucher can only be used for the outdoor event on the specified date of your booking - This must be used in full and there is no cash alternative and no change is given.

The screenings are licensed events, no alcohol can be brought in from the outside.

Outdoor screenings are cashless events and payments can only be made via card / contactless.

We will be adopting the Challenge 25 policy when selling alcohol. 

Weather

Heavy rain, high winds and thunderstorms may be cause for cancellation. Outdoor Management reserves the right to stop the screening at any point and cancel the remainder of the screening if the weather poses a risk to attendees.

In the event of any cancellation before the event, we will endeavor to contact all customers as soon as possible. All customers will be entitled to a full refund if the event is canceled either before or during the screening.

Dogs

This policy concerns pet dogs; it does not apply to assistance dogs.

Some of our outdoor venues have different rules on whether Dogs are allowed at their venue, please check with us beforehand if you are unsure whether the venue permits dogs.

In conjunction with this, provided that they are kept on a lead and under adult control at all times, dogs may be brought to the event.

Picturehouse's Dog-Friendly Screenings Policy applies to these events. 

Accessibility

There is step-free access to the venue but there may be slopes and banks to be aware of. We will have accessible toilet facilities. Should you need any assistance at the event, please make a member of staff aware.
