John Landis' cult 1980 comedy musical extravaganza returns to the big screen in all its brash glory.
Convinced they are on a ‘Mission from God’, ex-con brothers Jake (Belushi) and Elwood (Ackroyd), set about raising the funds to save the orphanage where they grew up from closure by uniting their old rhythm and blues band. But along the way they must also tackle cops, neo-Nazis, a vengeful country band and a heavily armed, silent mystery woman (played with relish by Carrie Fisher) all hell bent on bringing them down.
