In the midst of World War I, young, insolent British officer T.E. Lawrence (Peter O'Toole) is sent to Arabia to serve as a liaison between the Arabs and the British in their fight against the Turks. 

Assigned to the camp of Prince Feisal (Alec Guinness), and with the aid of native Sherif Ali (Omar Sharif), Lawrence comes to rebel against the orders of his superior officer, striking out with Feisal's men on a daring camel journey across the harsh desert to attack the well-guarded Turkish port of.

With Oscar-winning cinematography, magnificent locations, Maurice Jarre's iconic score and trail-blazing editing from Anne V. Coates, David Lean's indelible historical epic stands tall among cinema history's giants.
