Green Screen is a community-led space to discuss environmentally-focused cinema, with expert panels and friendly post-screening discussions. Homecoming’ (2025) is a short poetry film by Carrie Etter and Matt Haw. Drawing on the idea that in heedless times, an act of attention can amount to an act of resistance, the film explores a relational ecology between voice, body, and landscape. Set on Little Solsbury Hill in Bath, ‘Homecoming’ weaves language, image, and sound into a lyrical meditation on common land, ecological presence, and the often porous boundaries between human and natural worlds.
