Agnieszka Zwiefka‘s quietly tender documentary follows 16-year-old Kurdish refugee Runa, and her grieving family, who have experienced a traumatic loss at the border between Belarus and Poland. Forced to grow up in a Polish refugee camp, Runa is torn between grappling with her heavy past and making hopeful plans for the future.
