Follows Amy Powney, a daughter of environmental activists, during her trajectory from outsider to industry leader as she sets out to create a fashion collection that's ethical and sustainable at every level.

Picturehouse Green Screen is an environmental documentary screened in conjunction with a community group, followed by a panel discussion made up of local experts and then (where possible) an invitation to continue the conversation in the cinema's bar or cafe to connect and share ideas. Free tea or coffee for those bringing their own keep cups.

Join us for a panel discussion after the film, with special guests:

Panel Chair/Moderator: Carol Crowdy

Carol has been spinning and making felt for over 25 years.  She has exhibited with the Oxfordshire Arts Trail and Craft in Focus, has chaired the Berkshire Guild of Spinners Weavers and Dyers and has run numerous workshops. She has developed a keen interest in where fibres come from and how they are processed. Carol is keen to encourage the use of local wool in daily life as a totally sustainable and versatile material.
