"Ploughman. Nobody calls you that. You're a has-been." Douglas Dunn’s powerful teleplay explores the loss of rural livelihoods in Scotland through the story of Duncan, an elderly ploughman impacted by the construction of a new town near the farming community in which he lives.

The film will be introduced with a short set of traditional songs from Scott Gardiner.
