The leading movement of modern Indian Theatre is undoubtably Parsi Theatre, which was mainly active during the mid-20th century and held influence over Bollywood and the Hindi film industry. Determined to take to the stage once more, a collective of older Parsi Theatre icons and new youngsters head into rehearsals, to revisit beloved storylines and prepare for one last show. Director Divya Cowasji adopts a cinema verité style of filmmaking, quietly observing the chaos and laughter as they practice their lines and share stories of their past. You will be cheering them on all the way.
