Dog-Friendly Screening: The Banshees of Inisherin

We are happy for you to bring your dog along to this special dog-friendly screening (you're welcome without a dog too). Before the screening there are a few things to consider: If you attend this screening with a dog, you'll be issued with a fleece blanket to cover the seat used by the dog or to use as a rug if the dog sits on the floor. During the screenings, we will provide bowls of water around the screen. We will leave lighting levels a little higher than usual during the screening and lower the volume of the soundtrack. Please be aware that we reduce capacity when offering ‘dog-friendly’ screenings, so there may be fewer tickets than usual. We limit dogs to: one dog to one adult. Set on a remote island off the west coast of Ireland, THE BANSHEES OF INISHERIN follows lifelong friends Padraic (Colin Farrell) and Colm (Brendan Gleeson), who find themselves at an impasse when Colm unexpectedly puts an end to their friendship.

A stunned Padraic, aided by his sister Siobhan (Kerry Condon) and troubled young islander Dominic (Barry Keoghan), endeavours to repair the relationship, refusing to take no for an answer. But Padraic's repeated efforts only strengthen his former friend’s resolve and when Colm delivers a desperate ultimatum, events swiftly escalate, with shocking consequences.
