Emerging from a variety of difficult, complex backgrounds, a collection of teenage girls occupy a residential care home in Geneva.

Forced to become a ‘family’ of sorts, the girls find a new sense of community together full of unexpected tensions and intimacies – but an unexpected incident triggers a chain reaction that reveals both the imperfections of the youth protection system, as well as the demons that haunt the girls.
