Recently, you may have noticed a few changes to the Picturehouse website and App. We're committed to making the booking experience as smooth as possible for our guests, and this update to our ticketing system will ensure the easiest cinema trip possible, taking you from browsing showtimes all the way to your seat without any fuss.

 Wondering what's changed? Have no fear: read on and we'll walk you through it!

Starting your journey: booking tickets

• When you start booking, you'll be greeted with the option to log in - you'll only need to do this once, and it'll save your details for next time, as well as making access to Membership perks even easier


• Booking is now seat-first, meaning you'll get your pick of our auditoriums straight away


• All ticket types are now on one page, including Member tickets – and booking fees are nice and clear


• Lucky guests at participating sites can also pre-order food and drink! Simply make your selection when you book and collect them when you arrive

After you've booked: introducing the Living Ticket

Our new digital ticket has a simple, modern look, accessible via your ticket confirmation email, when logged-in to My Picturehouse, and on the Picturehouse App.

With it, you can:

• Keep tabs on when you need to head to the cinema with a countdown clock that updates in real time


• Swap your seats at any time and get a refund if you need one, up to 48 hours prior to your screening

Plus! Meet the new Picturehouse App

Our App now has a shiny new look, similar to browsing on desktop and on your phone. It's the easiest way to access all things Picturehouse.

 On the App, you can now:

• Save your favourite cinema to easily see what's on


• Pre-order drinks & snacks at participating cinemas


• Log in to look at past, present, and future orders, access living ticket(s), and keep tabs on your Membership details
