The RNLI is proud to be taking part in Heritage Open Days 2025, with a series of unique opportunities for the public to celebrate the RNLI’s lifesaving history. Celebrate over 200 years of the RNLI with a day of films, entertainment and hands-on activities at Cinema City. The day will include; films showcasing the RNLI’s lifesaving work (at 10am and 11.30am), live music performances throughout the day including local favourites Dove & Bowevil, stop-motion animation workshops (at 11am and 2pm), and family fun with origami boat making, colouring, and tabletop games. There’s even a chance to meet RNLI Mascot Stormy Stan! This is a free ticketed event.
