Mas Promotions Presents: Hear Mi Nah! (March)
A new night brought to you by Mas Law, showcasing some of the sickest performers and producers around. A platform for artists to be heard by ears that need to hear! Every month will be themed, and the vibes will change from live atmospheres to DJ nights.
This month featuring…
Da Flyy Hooligan
Hailing from North West London, Da Flyy Hooligan has a delicious flavor for words that are overflowing with charismatic delivery. With a deep rooted history in hip-hop/rap he's set to take the game by storm. From his first line, you'll instantly know he was not only born to do this, but he lives for it too.
A member of many movements and associated with the likes of Sean Price (RIP), Westside Gunn & Conway, Hus Kingpin, plus more recently DV Alias Khryst. DFH is proof that dopeness does exist in the UK.
His debut album, S C U M | Supreme Cut Untouched Magnificence was released by Miami based label 22 Entertainment this October and he has received praises from Complex, Nahright and Mass Appeal.
On the buttons: Oliver Sudden (DJ)
It has been said that Oliver Sudden created the scene in Croydon, linking all artists as one under the crue Croydon Council, sharing links and booking his local talented people for any gigs he could get. Managing projects for Venomus Vocalz and linking the crue and other artists with MCs, promoters, producers, and good people to know from all over. A known hard worker, making things happen for himself and his people, that should be recognised as a key figure in UK hip-hop. Often thought of as just a DJ, promoter or manager he is also without doubt one of the most skilled MCs on the circuit too.
Beginning over 10 years ago, Sus Bully made a name for himself on the UK underground hip-hop scene, which gave him recognition internationally, but that wasn't enough for Sus. He continued to gain praise from his peers including DJ 279 (Choice fm) Tim Westwood (Radio 1), Shorty Blitz (kiss fm) and it was clear that Sus had yet to fulfil his potential.
This fortunate dilemma enabled Sus to write/experiment and co-produce with various artist/DJs, hip-hop, and many other genres gaining himself TV, film and European chart success as well as major festival performances.
Sus Bully’s latest EP Lucid Dream was produced entirely by Dukus, whose production, written and engineering credits include (Redman, D12, Mark Ronson, Ed Sheeran, Wiley, The Isley Brothers) to name a few. The first single & video titled 'Lost' is available on all streaming platforms now!
Prince Rahdeaz is an established rap emcee who derives deep and insightful lyrical content, from his life experiences, and some of the harsh realities of the music industry. Growing up on and being inspired by the dark gritty streets of South London, Prince first started rapping and producing beats in his late teens; using the microphone to express his inner thoughts and get issues off his chest.
“I am a lyricist, a street poet, a political spokesman, an artist, an ambassador for the true artform of real boom bap rap music. I am here to uphold heartfelt rap music for everyone of all walks of life, especially the thinkers. But it is beyond rap music it’s a way of life and the legacy has yet to be told and shared amongst the people.”
As well as being a writer and performer, Prince Rahdeaz has also been working hard to successfully release his music on his own record label Eagle Fly Stance Records.
Hosted and curated by Mas Law, the night is gonna be a shake-a-leg night not to be missed. So come, socialise, chill and take in the mix on offer.
