Dub Me Always: Gladdy Wax +Bobby Digital Screening

Duration: 240 min

To kick start the Spring, Dub Me Always welcome the return of Gladdy Wax—aka Mr Vinyl Fingers—playing ska, rock steady, reggae and foundation dancehall, original vinyl style, alongside host DJ David Katz.

Plus, at 8pm sharp, there will be a screening of the forthcoming documentary on the great Jamaican producer Bobby Digital, 'X-Tra Wicked: A History of the Digital B Label', courtesy of VP Records. One of the UK’s original sound men and a perennial highlight of the Notting Hill Carnival, Jamaica-born Gladdy has a long and multifaceted involvement in the UK reggae scene. Watch out for those white gloves: once they go on, he means business!
