An honest retrospective on the early life of John Lennon and the tragedies that shaped his personality and later his music. The film will include rare and previously unseen memoirs along with interviews with some of his closest family, friends and associates.

LOOKING FOR LENNON features music from The Beatles, Vera Lynn, Bing Crosby, Chuck Berry, Little Richard and of course John Lennon, including two rare recordings of him singing with the Quarrymen at his first live gig.

Starting with a great documentary on John Lennon LOOKING FOR LENNON with daily panel discussions and Q&A's from filmmakers to historians and going right through classics like A HARD DAYS NIGHT and of course concert films CONCERT FOR GEORGE and THE BEATLES: EIGHT DAYS A WEEK. Plus Q&A with John Adams & David Bedford: This screening will be followed by a short discussion with John Adams - Film Distributor of Looking for Lennon and David Bedford - Beatles Historian
