Following five successful years, Picturehouse and the National Science and Media Museum have agreed to conclude our partnership when the current contract comes to an end on October 31, 2019. The National Science and Media Museum will continue to operate three screens, maintaining its commitment to a full and exciting cinema programme, including unique special events.
Picturehouse will remain dedicated to delivering Bradford's high standard of cinema programming until October 2019 and will be focusing on our exciting nationwide expansion after the contract concludes.
We wish Bradford the National Science and Media Museum the very best for the future and we thank them for the last five years of a successful partnership.
Up until 31 October 2019, it's business as usual. You can still book tickets for screenings before the transfer via the Picturehouse website, ticket booking app and cinema box office.
Screenings for A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon (from 25 October), and Event cinema (from 31 October 2019) can be browsed and booked online via the Science and Media Museum website now. Tickets for the blockbuster Royal Opera House, NT Live and Met Opera Live seasons are already on sale. Picturehouse Members can claim their usual Member Discounts on the website for these events.
Tickets for all film screenings from 1 November will be available to be booked on the National Science and Media Museum website, at the box office and by calling the telephone booking line.
We're pleased to let you know your existing benefits will be unaffected for the duration of your Membership, even if it extends beyond 31 October. The National Science and Media Museum are committed to bringing you a similar Membership package.
Your Picturehouse Membership card will cease to work from 1 November, but don't worry, you will be able to pick up your shiny new card from the National Science and Media Museum.

The great news is the museum will continue to show a varied and exciting programme on its three screens, and will also keep the
