We are happy for you to bring your dog along to this special dog-friendly screening (you're welcome without a dog too). Before the screening there are a few things to consider: If you attend this screening with a dog, you'll be issued with a fleece blanket to cover the seat used by the dog or to use as a rug if the dog sits on the floor. During the screenings, we will provide bowls of water around the screen. We will leave lighting levels a little higher than usual during the screening and lower the volume of the soundtrack. Please be aware that we reduce capacity when offering ‘dog-friendly’ screenings, so there may be fewer tickets than usual. We limit dogs to: one dog to one adult. For further information, see dog-friendly screening policy in our cinema. From birth to infancy, from adolescence to adulthood, the good-hearted David Copperfield is surrounded by kindness, wickedness, poverty and wealth, as he meets an array of remarkable characters in Victorian England. As David sets out to be a writer, in his quest for family, friendship, romance and status, the story of his life is the most seductive tale of all. Taking a break from satire, Armando Iannucci (THE DEATH OF STALIN) launches, con brio, into Copperfield's adventures, riotously transporting us back to Victorian England where a host of Dickens's priceless characters, including Mr Micawber and Uriah Heap, are hilariously captured by a starry cast.
