With the exciting opening of the new Finsbury Park Picturehouse just around the corner and big titles like The French Dispatch, No Time To Die and Dune on their way to our screens everywhere, we've got plenty of reasons to celebrate here at Picturehouse. Fulham Road Picturehouse is one of those things: after its opening in December of 2019, we've been lucky enough to welcome plenty of fresh faces and big names through its beautiful 1930s-inspired doors, but we want even more of you to come down to our new(-ish!) home in Chelsea to see what's on offer. Hey, if it's good enough for Jude Law…

We're incredibly excited to announce the Fulham Road Picturehouse Weekender: from 10th to 12th September we're rolling out the red carpet and inviting you all to pay a visit to our six screen state-of-the-art cinema for three days of films, food and fun.

Cinema tickets and a selection of delicious dishes from our brand new menu will be just £5 all weekend! On top of that, we're putting on exciting events and welcoming special guests to make sure that all the best of Picturehouse is on display.

On Friday, enjoy a live DJ set celebrating the music of the brand new Aretha Franklin biopic Respect starring the incredible Jennifer Hudson (cast in the role by Ms. Franklin herself). Why not catch a screening of the film then enjoy the amazing sounds of the era in one of our café-bars? On Saturday we're excited to rediscover 1963's The Servant, a stunning satire of 'Swinging Sixties' London set just round the corner in the beautiful townhouses of Chelsea. It'll be followed by a Q&A with its star James Fox, hosted by none other than Richard Ayoade.

And last but not least, Sunday marks the return of our popular dog-friendly screenings – bring along your favourite canine cinephiles to enjoy a musical romp with Respect! Plus, you can explore the decadence of our Members' Bar with wine tasting sessions throughout the day.

There's also fun for the whole family with Toddler Time and Kids' Club films, plus arts and crafts, face painting, and a session with Monkey Music (bookable in advance) to be enjoyed on Saturday.

As always, you can also catch all the best new releases like Herself, Annette, and plenty more – and all weekend we'll be running a special raffle with our charity partners Refuge, so be sure not to miss out on a chance to get your hands on some prizes.

So, why not come down and discover your new favourite cinema? Fulham Road Picturehouse is still searching for Founder Members, and right now you'll get £5 off your next visit when you sign up for a free MyPicturehouse Membership account. There's never been a better time to join in.
