Best Girl Grip podcast at Sundance | Sundance Industry

The Picturehouse Team

23 May 22

For the first time, Sundance Film Festival: London has introduced a Live Podcasts programme, where we're bringing the conversation from some of our favourite voices in film right to you. But that's not all: there's even more exciting live podcast events especially for our Industry Passholders to discover.

We're thrilled to be welcoming Nicole Davis for a very special live edition of the Best Girl Grip podcast, exclusively as part of Sundance London's Industry sessions. The podcast host, freelance writer and Talent Executive for BFI Network Film Hub South East will join us in conversation with the Director of the Sundance Film Festival, Tabitha Jackson

In each episode of Best Girl Grip, Nicole interviews a woman working in the film industry about their career path, their craft, their diversions and doubts, and what they love most about making movies. Past guests include cinematographer Ashley Connor, editor Louise Ford, screenwriter Mika Watkins, curator Jemma Desai, former Head of BBC Film Rose Garnett and writer/director (and Sundance London alumnus!) Prano Bailey-Bond

Wherever you find yourself in the film industry, a Sundance Industry pass is the perfect way to connect with cinema's top players. Each industry pass holder not only gets access to three films of their choice from Sundance's programme, but will have exclusive access to intimate industry roundtable meetings, keynotes, masterclasses, panel discussions, and daily networking drinks – the perfect places to grow your network, discover new work, and share your unique storytelling passions with fellow film lovers.

The Industry Passes are now sold out. But you can still pick up a regular Sundance Festival Pass or opt for the VIP Festival Pass.

Be sure to join us for Best Girl Grip's Sundance London debut, and explore all of the festival's podcast programming.
